I always love the look on a friend's face when I hand them a gift of homemade cards. Whether it be a hostess gift, thank you gift or just, "I was thinking of you" gift. This project satisfies it all.
The Notecard Holder with Flap holds 4 note cards with lined envelopes. If the cards were not layered or had embellishments on them and the envelopes were not lined, the hold could fit 6 cards - 3 on each side.
This project includes 4 cards with lined envelopes that will cover any special wish day - anniversary, birthday, retirement and a generic "Happy Wishes".
The measurements for the Notecard Holder are:
Card Stock cut to 8 1/4" x 7 1/2"
Score long side at 3 7/8" and 4 3/8"
Score short side at 5 1/4" and 51/2"
Cur 2 pieces of Card Stock to 1 1/4" x 2"
Score at 1/2" and 3/4"
Cut 1 pieces of Card Stock to 3 7/8"
Score at 2 7/8" and 2 1/8"
Fron/Back of Notecard Holder:
Card Stock 4 7/8" x 3 3/8"
DSP 4 5/8" x 3 1/8"
Flap DSP: 1 7/8" x 7/8"
1 7/8" x 5/8"
