With 90 degree weather, I am thinking Fall!

Ok, maybe I am not thinking of Fall because of the current Maryland weather.  However, I AM thinking of Fall with the new Banner Year Photopolymer Stamp Set that is in the new August - December Mini Catalog!

Wondering where I got this plaid DSP??  Surprise!  It isn't DSP - it is Very Vanilla Card Stock and my Buffalo Check stamp (in Cinnamon Cider) plus some strategically placed Bumblebee and Cherry Cobbler lines. It reminds me of a flannel jacket that my husband wears in the winter.

Just check this bundle out - ALL of the major holidays are covered.  PLUS, if you add the Banner Pick a Punch, you have a multitude of options for creating a label for your banner!  It's AMAZING!

For $36.00 ($17 for stamp set only) - this can’t be beat

⇒I love this Bundle so much, that if you purchase it through me, I will send you a great, handy guide to be able to punch out just the right size label⇐

I always love when there are sentiments that can go on the outside of my card AND the inside.  With this set, there are more than one option for inside/outside sentiments.  An envelope liner was made using the 2020-2022 In Color DSP and my Envelope Dies.

As I was getting ready to wrap this project up, I realized that there was a little squirrel stamp.  So, I thought I would add the little bugger to the front of the envelope - cute, huh?  This project was finished off with some Holiday Rhinestones.  Funny thing, I had this rhinestones since they first came out and now that they are carried over in the Annual Catalog, thought I would use them...silly me.

Check out the new catalog, the new online store and if there is anything I can help you with....let me know!

Until next time my crafting friends....

Welcome to the August - December Mini Catalog 2020 AND The New Online Store!

It's here!!! There are so many yummy items in the August - December Mini Catalog 2020, it is very hard to choose!

Not only is the catalog live, Stampin' Up! has totally revamped the online store!  Click on either catalog the right side of my blog and check it out.  Even if you don't want to order anything today, you should just take a look around and see how user friendly it is now.

My card today has the Wrapped in Christmas Cling Stamp Set, Ornamental Envelope Bundle and the Heartwarming Hugs Designer Series Paper. Full Disclosure, the Basic Black Satin ribbon is retired.  I thought my card called for a ribbon addition, however, I did not purchase the coordinating ribbon that goes with the gorgeous paper.  Lesson learned!!

I love the mix of fonts in the sentiments - it adds some whimsy, don't you think?

I have mentioned this before, but I LOVE the new Ornamental Envelope Bundle!  It is probably my favorite bundle in this catalog - but I don't keep it as a secret that I feel like the project isn't complete unless the envelope is lined.  Plus there are dies to cut out the ornaments and to add a little pizzazz to the envelope flap as seen below.

Please leave me a comment below if you like my project and I encourage you to check out all of the wonderful items in the mini catalog.  If you click on the catalog on the right, it will take you directly to my shopping page.

I will be offering some online classes/kits in the later part of September.  If you are interested, make sure you fill out the Contact Form to the right so you do not miss notification of when they will start.

Until next time my crafting friends - stay bee-utiful!

Tall & Slim...Card, That Is

I fell in love with this card size as soon as I saw it!  I got to thinking, this may be a cool way to create my Christmas cards, but thought I would start with a "friend" card first. The card is 3.5" x 8.5 (cut at 7" x 8.5 and scored at 3.5")

Here is a closer look at the embossed rain drops!

Since the card size is non-traditional, I needed to break out my Envelope Punch Board (retired) and create a custom envelope.

Overall, I was pleased with my project....now to find out how much mailing is going to be.😉

Until next time my stamping friends,  stay bee-utiful!
